    1. What is very special about your green tea?

    Our tea offers the same award-winning taste and high quality recognized in Japan and internationally. It is safely sourced, adhering to FSSC22000, an international standard for food safety and security. This tea also provides numerous health benefits for you and your family, making it an excellent choice for daily consumption to support your well-being.

    2. Are your products vegan?

    Yes. All our products are 100% Vegan and 100% natural. No artificial flavours are added. 

    3. Is your tea made in Japan?

    Yes. All our products are 100% made in Japan. Within Japan, our tea farms are located in the area that is known for the
    best green tea production in Japan, Shizuoka by Mt. Fuji. We work with Japanese tea company to source high quality tea for New Zealand.

     4. Is it Gluten Free?

    Yes. All our products are Gluten free.

    5. Is it GMO-Free?

    Yes. All our products are GMO free and cruelty-free.

    6. Is there nutritional information regarding tea?

    When you go to the specific product you are interested in, scroll down and you will see the “Nutrition Facts” tab, and there you can see all the nutritional
    information. 

    7. How to brew Japanese green tea?

    Brewing Japanese green tea is simple, but there are a number of tricks to make the tea tastier.

    8. Do you have any decaffeinated or low-caffeine tea?

    Although we do not offer  decaffeinated tea, our Hojicha is very popular as it has significantly less caffeine. Hojicha is enjoyed by the elderly and kids in Japan as the tea has minimal caffeine. It is also safe for a pregnant woman to drink this tea.

    9. What about the Expiration Date?

    Most of our products have an expiration date of 6 months from manufacturing, so you will have enough time to enjoy your green tea!

    10. How long is the tea good after opening?

    The tea is good for one year from manufacturing, even after you open the package. However, we strongly encourage you to seal the tea in an airtight container, such as multiple zip lock bags and store it in a dark, cool place or refrigerator for
    retaining good taste.

    11. What is the best way to store green tea?

    We suggest tea be refrigerated but not frozen. 

    12. I am worried about radioactive materials in products made in Japan.

    The result of Radioactive Material Testing In accordance with the new standards for radioactive materials in food that were set in April, all of our teas were tested and found to be "not detected (below the detection limit)". We have confirmed the safety of our teas and are happy to report that we can provide you with delicious teas with peace of mind. We will continue to provide delicious teas with confidence.

    13. I'd like to know the different ways in which I can consume green tea. Is it good with honey, or should I just drink it plain?

    In Japan, people usually consume green tea plain without adding sugar or honey.  However, in other countries, it is common to drink with honey.
