Let's make some special green tea beverage and sweets.
Green Tea Latte
- Green Tea Powder, 1 tea spoon
- Hot water, about 80ºC
- Milk (Any kind of milk - soy. oat etc)
- Sugar optional - 1 or 2 tea spoon(s)
Wisk green tea powder with hot water. (Our green tea powder does not need a bamboo whisk for the wisk.)
Steam the cold milk with a steaming wand or froth the warmed milk with a handheld milk frother.
Pour the milk into the green tea. Sprinkle additional green tea on top.
Green Tea Banana Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 glass of milk (you can use soy milk, almond milk, or coconut milk too!)
- 1 teaspoon Green Tea Powder
- Simply peel the banana and put it in a mixer.
- Add the milk and green tea powder to the mixer.
- Mix until everything is smooth, and pour into the glasses.
- Relax, and enjoy your Green Tea Banana Smoothie!
Cold Green Tea Soda
Perfect for the summer season
How to make
1. Brew green tea or green tea powder (1 or 2 teaspoons) in hot water.
2. Add ice and cold sparkling water to a glass and stir.
Green Tea Brownie
- 115 g butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 Tea Garden Green Tea Powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 flour
-1/2 tea spoon baking powder
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
1, Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2, Melt butter in the bowl. Mix sugar and until melt.
3, Mix whisked eggs in the bowl.
4, Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
5, Place into a baking tin and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top just starts to crack.
6, Cool and slice. And enjoy!!
