How to enjoy the green tea
To make delicious tea, boil water in a kettle, cool it down
to about 70-80°C, place tea leaves (2 teaspoons, about 6g) in a teapot, steep
for about 30 seconds, then pour the tea into teacups until you've poured out
every last drop.
How to keep it well-storage

Our tea is packed in a factory in Japan before being imported to New Zealand. This is to ensure our customers enjoy the freshness of our tea.

Before opening the package
Freezer
- Maintains freshness and quality.
- Allow to return to room temperature before opening. -
After opening the package
- Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures and humidity. Store at room temperature.
- After opening, we do not recommend storing in the refrigerator to prevent odor transfer.
- If the product comes with a zip-lock bag, we recommend sealing the bag with a clip or similar to keep air out.
How to make a Green Tea Latte
- Green Tea Powder, 1 tea spoon
- Hot water, about 80ºC
- Milk (Any kind of milk - soy. oat etc)
- Sugar optional - 1 or 2 tea spoon(s)
Wisk green tea powder with hot water. (Our green tea powder does not need a bamboo whisk for the wisk.)
Steam the cold milk with a steaming wand or froth the warmed milk with a handheld milk frother.
Pour the milk into the green tea. Sprinkle additional matcha on top.
